I've said it before but: They really should make fridges with a third room temperature compartment for places where the room temperature is way warmer than what people mean when they room temperature

@harshil i too dream of a Third Place for my butter. it’s not the same but a chef i worked with turned me on to doing a coarse microplane of frozen irish/amish butter, it’s great on toast, lovely ribbons of butter almost like bonito flakes if you get the timing right
