This great interview with Ethan taught me a new word: “inkbook.” I had never heard that before (because I live under a rock and/or maybe Ethan invented it); I like it.

Also, I really do hope everyone reads his latest book, You Deserve a Tech Union, which is just…galvanizing and wonderful and everyone should read it.
