A feature I want and haven't found in any mastodon (or twitter) client: let me hand off a toot between my logged in accounts without losing context, so I can boost or follow from the other account.

@ef4 what do you mean? I'm not sure I follow, but if I find something I want to boost or follow I copy the URL and paste it into the search of the other account, and that works pretty quickly.

@moopet right, that is the best workaround I’ve found. But it should be possible to avoid copy/paste/search. On desktop it’s fine, on mobile it’s awkward.

@ef4 how would you see it working? Are you using one app/website for all your accounts or do you mean switching between them as well?

@moopet in my case the accounts are on different instances, but that shouldn't matter to a mobile app that's logged into both.

@moopet the way I see it working is, I already have a button for switching accounts. If I use that button while viewing a single toot, I want to still be viewing that toot after the account switch.
