@matchu it wasnā€™t unreliable, that was just the caddy module i was using, but also it didnā€™t seem to add much visible benefit for the number of people i follow/interact with so ĀÆ\_(惄)_/ĀÆ (the setting did not survive the server migration)

a while back i played with midjourney and found it largely unsatisfying, but this ended up being a highlight "a view of the golden gate bridge as painted by chuck close." i think my favorite of these, which i am having trouble finding, were painted as j.m.w. turner

@matchu i tried mediaproxy via the web server cache module in pleroma/akkoma. it didnā€™t seem to make a huge difference in terms of perf and storage was negligible but also it exposed issues with souin and caddy for me, so hard to say if it was a loss or not.
